Who we are

Prosperity Partners Financial Services is a financial services consultancy operating from Mumbai, India. Throughout these terms, “we” and “us” mean Prosperity Partners Financial Services, and “you” means anyone using this website.

We arrange loans. We do not make them.

This is the most important thing on this page. We are not a bank, a non-banking financial company, or any kind of lender. We help you compare options, prepare an application, and deal with the lender on your behalf.

Every credit decision — whether you are approved, for how much, at what rate, and on what terms — is made solely by the bank or NBFC you apply to, under their own criteria. We cannot approve a loan, cannot guarantee one will be approved, and cannot commit a lender to any rate or amount.

Nothing here is an offer

The information on this website, including any rate, tenure, eligibility indication, or figure produced by the EMI calculator, is illustrative and provided for general guidance. It is not a loan offer, a pre-approval, or a commitment to lend. Actual terms depend on the lender’s assessment of your particular circumstances.

The EMI calculator applies the standard reducing-balance formula to the figures you enter. It does not include processing fees, insurance premiums, stamp duty, statutory charges, or any other cost, and its output should not be relied on as the actual cost of a loan.

Making an enquiry

When you submit the enquiry form you confirm that the information you have given is true and complete to the best of your knowledge, and that the mobile number is yours or one you are authorised to use. You consent to us contacting you about that enquiry. Submitting an enquiry creates no obligation on either side and costs you nothing.

Our fees

Checking your eligibility and presenting the options we find is free. Where a service charge applies to a particular case, we will tell you the amount in writing before you commit to anything. Using this website

You may use this site for your own genuine loan enquiries. Please do not submit false information or another person’s details without their permission, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the site, or copy its content for commercial use. The text, design, and materials on this site belong to us.

Availability and third-party links

We aim to keep the site available and accurate but do not guarantee either. Where we link to a lender or other third party, we are not responsible for their content, products, or practices.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website or from reliance on illustrative figures shown on it, including a lender’s decision to decline or vary an application. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud.

Complaints

If something has gone wrong, please tell us first — use the enquiry form on the home page and we will look into it properly.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Mumbai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here when you use the site is the one that applies.
